  Add an Agency

Which agencies are eligible for the Directory?

Only agencies providing services specifically for the benefit of asylum seekers and refugees in the Yorkshire and Humberside region are eligible for inclusion. Profit-making organisations will only be included in exceptional circumstances. Political organisations will not be included.

How to add your agency to the Directory

  • Fill in the online form below. Please note that this form is designed for Internet Explorer, unfortunately it does not always work with other web browsers.
  • Where you see an asterisk [ Red asterisk ] at the beginning of a question, this means you must answer the question.
  • When you have completed the form, click the 'Submit form' button at the bottom of the page.
  • Please contact us if you have any further queries.

What will happen to your form?

  • The information you give us on the form will not go live on the website straightaway: instead, it will be sent to the Refugee Access Project.
  • We will contact you within a week to let you know we have received the form, and to follow up any queries.
  • We will let you know as soon as we have made the information about your agency live on the website.

How to update or delete your entry on the Directory

  • Please contact us by phone, email or post if your agency already has a page in the Directory, and you want to update or delete the page. Please do not use this online form for this purpose.

First, please answer the following questions

Does your agency provide a service or services specifically for the benefit of asylum seekers and refugees?    Yes      No

If your answer to the last question is No, we might not be able to include your entry in the Directory. To help us decide, please tell us how you make your services accessible to asylum seekers and refugees:

Please note: we will include this information in your web entry, if your agency is accepted for the Directory.

Is your agency a refugee community organisation?    Yes      No

Is your agency a profit-making organisation?               Yes      No

Please give your contact details

These contact details will not appear on the online Directory. We need them so that we can contact you if we need to, for example to update your Directory entry.
